Shipping policy

We ship items as quickly as possible to fulfill orders.  If you spend $100 or more on your order, you will receive free shipping.  Other shipping options include standard shipping with the amount added to your order or express shipping with the amount added to your order.

If your order arrives damaged or if your package goes missing during shipping, we are committed to resolving the issue fairly and responsibly.  These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  To assist us in resolving any shipping related concern, please follow these steps:

  1. Report damage or loss promptly by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
  2. Provide documentation by sharing clear photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and any relevant tracking information for lost packages.

We reserve the right to assess and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit or other options at our discretion.
